Born in 1956, Mr Reuter started his career as a design engineer at ABB Fläkt after an apprenticeship as a technical draftsman and studies in mechanical engineering. His professional experience includes the management of various areas of business, from engineering to sales, at renowned companies such as Buderus und Kessler & Luch.

On 1st August 1998, he joined TROX GmbH as the Divisional Manager for Domestic Sales and assumed the position of Managing Director for HESCO Deutschland GmbH. In 2007, he became the Managing Director of TROX Austria GmbH which included the CEE countries.

Since 7th July 2009, Mr Reuter has been a member of the TROX GmbH Board of Management. On 5th July 2011, he became the Chairman of the Board of Management. In this capacity, he is responsible for Domestic Sales, International Business Development, Construction/Safety, and Group Auditing.
