Gebrüder Trox GmbH, Neukirchen-Vluyn, has taken over with effect of 12-13-2000 the FSL FensterSystemLüftung GmbH, Mannheim. FSL offers solutions, to ventilate rooms individually and decentralizedly directly over the façade. The products of FSL find its use in hotel-, office and schoolsbuildings, as well as in hospitals. „With the takeover of FSL“ Heinz Trox, chairman for the Trox management, says „we improve our leading European position in the market, by the fact that we open up an additional market with high growth chances. The FSL systems offer an optimal completion of our system business at the new and particularly renovation of buildings.“ The present managing directors of FSL, Gerhard Bauer and Josef Ormai, will be aware of their function. Furthermore Joerg Reiner Dimke, as of January 1st, 2001 vice-chairmen of the management of the Gebrüder Trox GmbH, becomes at the same time in addition a chairman of the management of FSL, too.
