Our extensive product portfolio with the established volume flow control unit series VaryControl and Labcontrol for challenging solutions in control technology has now been extended by the “Easy” variant. Through this endorsement, competitive volume flow controllers for simple standard applications are now available to you. The new Trox VAV-EasySet has been developed for the refurbishment of volume flow control units in existing installations. TVR-Easy In the TVR-Easy multimedia presentation, the philosophy and function of the new TVR-Easy controller is explained. This in turn also applies to the TVJ/TVT-Easy and VAV-EasySet. By using the TVR-Easy you save working time and costs in the planning, assembly and commissioning of the units. You can find detailed information and technical data in the TVR-Easy leaflet. TVJ/TVT-Easy To round off the programme, we have now also extended the rectangular volume flow controllers type TVJ/TVT with the Easy variant. The TVJ/TVT-Easy leaflet gives you the dimensions as well as the flow and acoustic data. The acoustic details have been extended by a quick selection and the calculation of case radiated noise. A further advantage of this product expansion is that round and angular Easy volume flow controllers can be combined in one unit and that the electric wiring is the same for all applications. VAV-EasySet With the new VAV-EasySet, the refurbishment of volume flow controllers is very simple and can easily be carried out by any fitter on site. The VAV-EasySet kit includes the Trox compact controller, a newly-developed differential pressure sensor and miscellaneous accessories. The enclosed assembly instructions explain the installation in detail. The volume flow is adjusted by means of scaled potentiometers. There is no need for special adjustment instruments or specific software etc. After retrofitting, the flawless function is signalled by a green LED light.
