Trox offers a wide spectrum of air filters from its own production plant, which is certified to DIN ISO 9001. The programme is tailored to room air technology and clean room systems and is directed by the VDI guideline 6022 as a minimum standard. When manufacturing the air filters, components are used which are resistant and not vulnerable to microbes (inert materials). The high dust extraction output which the filters achieve during the entire operational period surpasses that of those filter classes which are in accordance with EN 779 and EN 1822. Low pressure differentials reduce the energy requirements; the high dust holding capacity guarantees long filter life. The available design of the air filters is such that they can be disposed of in incinerating plants almost completely without odour and residue, according to the expert opinion of the South-West Division of the Technical Control Board.
