The new type of volume flow limiter, the VFL, undertakes the hitherto time-consuming and costly adjustment of volume flows, by means of restrictor elements, in ventilation and air conditioning systems. The required volume flow is simply set at the point of installation and the VFL is inserted into the air duct. The VFL limits the set volume flow and keeps this constant during pressure changes within tight tolerances. It saves valuable on-site working time due it its easy handling and perfect functioning, thereby guaranteeing an economic system solution. The VFL is deliverable as of January 2006 with the two nominal diameters of 100 and 125. Additional nominal diameters will become available over the course of the year 2006. The VFL Document 5/9.2/EN/1 and the VFL Installation and Operating Instructions M375QM3 are now available in PDF format. A more detailed description can be found in the new VFL-Video.
