Type TVJ

Combined with the fast TROX LABCONTROL control unit

TROX VAV controllers Type TVJ are rectangular flow rate controllers for variable supply or extract air systems. They can be used for almost any control, regulation and shut-off tasks in room air conditioning systems, and can be used for systems with normal acoustic requirements.

Full air-tight shut-off as per DIN EN 1751 Class 1
Available on request with two-row or four-row air heaters
Optionally available with acoustic cladding for high acoustic requirements (TVJD)

The mechanical components and electronic components which are factory fitted, form the controls package. Each box is set up to the required flow rates and is subjected to an aerodynamic function test.

The boxes contain an averaging differential pressure sensor for air flow measurement and a multi leaf damper.
The flow rate control is a closed circuit system with external power supply.

There are flanges on both sides. The controllers with additional acoustic cladding and/or a secondary silencer TX are suitable for very demanding acoustic requirements.

Characteristics

Integrated averaging differential pressure sensor with 3 mm measuring holes and so insensitive to dirt.
Factory set up or programming of flow rate. This includes aerodynamic function test of each box using a dedicated test rig. Data covering set up is given on a test label attached to each controller.
